I will not get a credit back on my card and only a store credit if I return the item after 11 days.
If I have not shipped the item back after 30 days my RMA replacement is considered new goods sold and I own both the defective product and the replacement product.
1. Water Damage
2. Dust Damage (If the product is full of dirt which caused fans to fail and the product to overheat your warranty is most likely void)
3. Lighting / Surge / Voltage Overload
4. Shipping damaged caused by poor packaging
Shipping Method and Packaging:
I will use FedEx or UPS to return my product.
I will use original packaging or ensure the packaging I use properly protects the product from damage during shipping.
